A piece from the 'Delta' abstract sculpture series made from Brazilian hard wood Caxeta.

In search of organic forms inspired by the abundant nature found in and around Paraty, Delta mixes tones, forms and volumes to instil a sense of movement, creating pieces in which each hand-carved curve plays with light and shadow to reflect the natural beauty of the wood.

The contemporary artworks display the similar minimalist characteristics seen in Knót's furniture designs mixing organic and modern through clean lines and delicate curves.
